---North Brunswick Senior Housing is a wonderful community of 150 apartments for low and moderate income senior citizens who are 55 years of age or older. Call 732-296-7122 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. if you have questions.
---We are NOT a federally subsidized apartment building. However rents are usually several hundred dollars below what other market rate apartment units in the area are renting for.
---Our building enjoys a tremendous location adjacent to the Municipal Building and Police Department, and less than two blocks from the library, the Senior Center, and from shopping centers which contain fast food, a Chinese restaurant, a bagel store, a pizzeria, a Dollar Store, banks and much more.
---We are going SMOKE FREE. As of 2016, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, with the exception of a small number of grandfathered tenants who are only permitted to smoke inside their apartment unit.
